一、综合写作：动物话题居多

答题关键点：考生须明确在听的过程中一定需多加注意表示转折关系的词汇，因为这些词语后面的内容才是听力材料真正想表达的观点所在，因此可将这些词汇视为线索词。此外，通过训练记笔记的能力以能很好地提取出三个对比点，这样考生才能在20分钟的时间内写出150-225字的较成功文章。

二、独立写作：教育、工作、成功类话题居多

托福独立写作按形式可分为A or B， Agree & disagree， Pervasive and Compare & contrast 四类。通过对2009年大陆托福独立写作的归类与分析，得知其考核的形式集中为Agree & disagree，因为该类型出现的次数为31次。此类题目观点的确立可以是一边倒或折中，然而观点的取舍取决于充分论据的搜寻情况，即考生应选择可以叙述得有力与饱满的观点。按题材可分为：教育、金钱、儿童、社会、生活、工作或成功及共六类。基于分析，其集中考点体现为教育、工作或成功。

A、教育

教育可分为家庭教育与学校教育两种。在此，以家庭教育为例。

答题关键点：该题的特点是考核父母如何正确激励自己的孩子取得好成绩。

1.采取一个观点：采取反面的观点比较容易写，即父母不应以金钱的形式来嘉奖取得好成绩的孩子。

2.说明理由：其一，金钱会使得孩子对自己学习带有极强的功利性或扭曲孩子的学习动力;其二，金钱使得孩子无法感受到高分数真正带来的内心快乐。

3.总结：叙述完两个理由后，可以写一段让步段，诚然，金钱会暂时激发孩子的学习劲头，但它只能是一时不能一世。

因此对该话题的考核要求考生在备考过程中须扩散思维，并注重对家庭教育方式的思索。

B、工作或成功

EXAMPLE:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important to work quickly and risk making mistakes than to work slowly and make sure everything is fine. 【2009年8月22日】

答题关键点：该题的特点是考核何种工作方式更重要。

1.采取一个观点：此观点的确立可以是一边倒或折中，因为无论怎么选择，支撑的理由都比较容易搜寻。鉴于上一个例子观点采取的是一边倒的思想并且已对其写作思路也进行了大概的讲解，因此本题将观点的取舍定为中立。在首段亮明自己观点，快但冒险或慢但万无一失这两种工作模式，究竟哪一种比较重要得取决于具体工作对及时性的要求。

2.说明理由：第二段与第三段分别依据工作的及时性对两种工作方式分别论述。倘若某项工作需马上开展，例如医院急救，前者为好，如果修建某一建筑，则需要从长计议，即应选择后者。因此该话题的考核要求考生能从多维的视角考虑问题并重在对工作或成功话题进行收集与归类。

Even though job situations can be very different,there are several qualities that all good supervisors have in common. A good boss treats all her employees fairly. He doesn’t single out one employee for better 【or worse】 treatment than the others. A poor supervisor has favorites.Sometimes he’ll even use his favorites to spy on other employees. He expects them to tell him what the others are saying about him. This can cause a lot of bad feeling among employees.

A good supervisor gives clear and understandable directions. He doesn’t constantly change his mind about what he wants employees to do. He also doesn’t get angry with an employee who is confused and needs him to explain the directions again or more fully.Delegating authority well is another quality of a good supervisor. He knows how to use the skills of his employees to best advantage. A poor supervisor insistson doing everything himself. He is unwilling to give any authority to others.

A good boss evaluates his employees on a reasonableset of criteria, not on how he feels about them personally. And he lets the employees know what those criteria are, so they have a fair chance of meeting them.

He gives both praise and criticism in a straight forward manner. He also offers guidance when needed. A poor supervisorwill criticize without giving any suggestions on how to improve.

Most importantly, a good supervisor set the standards for his employee by his own behavior. He works hard and treat semployees like valuable assets to the company. This promotes good morale amonghis workers, and this is of great benefit to his business.
